Four certificates are on file as scans. The number, standard, scope, issue date and expiry below are transcribed from those scans. These are management-system certificates: they cover the company's systems for the stated scope, not an approval of any individual magnet.
Read the dates before you rely on them. All four copies on file carry validity periods that ended on or before 3 January 2026 — that is, before this page was last built. A renewal or re-issue certificate for any of the four is not in the material we hold, so nothing on this page is presented as a currently valid certificate. Ask for the document you need and we will confirm in writing what the company can produce today.

All four certificates are issued to the company's registered legal name and its unified social credit code 91360721MA35M7NX2T, at No. 1, Jiangkoutang Road, Ganzhou Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Ganxian District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province — the same address on the patent certificates. The Huazhong certificates carry IAF and CNAS marks (corporate registration number CNASC164-M); the NQA certificate carries the IATF recognition mark.

National designation we can show a photo of
The client material names three national-level designations. One of them has an award plaque photographed in the uploaded package; the other two have no document or image on file, so they are listed as pending below rather than shown here.
National Specialized & Sophisticated "Little Giant" Enterprise — fifth batch. The plaque in the client photo package is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and names the company as a fifth-batch national-level specialized, sophisticated and "little giant" enterprise.
The photo shows the plaque as hung at the company; it is the award itself, not a certificate with a number or expiry date, and none is invented here.
Material testing
Third-party test reports on file
Six English-language reports issued by Pony Testing International Group Co., Ltd. (Beijing) are on file, covering three submitted samples: NdFeB base material, zinc plating and nickel-copper-nickel plating. Each sample was tested once against a RoHS 2.0 reference and once against the REACH SVHC list.

How to read these reports. They are analytical results on the samples that were submitted and identified on behalf of the client, not a product certification. The RoHS pages report each tested item as N.D. against its limit with the stated detection limits; the REACH pages state that concentrations of 233 SVHC substances are less than 0.1% in the submitted sample. Methods cited include IEC 62321 series for RoHS analytes and EPA 8061A / EPA 6010D where applicable. No magnet is described on this site as "RoHS certified" or "REACH compliant" on the strength of a screening report, and conformity for the part you actually buy is confirmed per order and market requirement.

Twelve patent certificates issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration are in the client material: nine utility model patents and three invention patents, all with the company named as patentee. Payment terms on file require the report to be confirmed before the balance is paid and the goods ship, so test documentation travels with the batch.

Sea or air freight is arranged to your delivery terms; invoice and packing documentation follow the order.

Compliance questions
Can you provide conformity documentation for a specific model?
Tell us the model and the destination market and we confirm in writing what exists. What we hold is third-party analytical testing on three submitted sample types (NdFeB base material, zinc plating, Ni-Cu-Ni plating) against RoHS 2.0 and the REACH SVHC list, plus management-system certificates. No product-level declaration of conformity is on file, so no magnet is described as certified or compliant at product level.
Are the four management-system certificates still valid?
We publish only what the copies on file show, and their printed validity periods end on or before 3 January 2026. Renewal certificates are not in the material we hold, so we do not claim current validity here — we confirm the status in writing per request and send whatever the company can currently produce.
Which documents are not on file?
Renewed management-system certificates, the National High-tech Enterprise and National Green Factory award documents, product-level declarations of conformity, the patent numbers behind the stated 60+ portfolio, product photographs and the company logo artwork. The table above lists each item and what we do when you ask for it.
