Before you choose a magnet grade
How fast can you ship?
The client's stated production lead time is 7-20 calendar days, with sea or air freight both available. Tell us the geometry and quantity and we confirm a date before you commit.
Do you provide customisation?
Yes — customisation is the stated business model (product plus product customisation, OEM & ODM), with custom work leading and standard shapes as a secondary line.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Deposit of 30%-40%, with the balance paid after the report is confirmed and before shipment. Open-account terms are not accepted in the early stage. Sea or air freight is arranged to your delivery terms.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes — the stated rule is re-dispatch on dissatisfaction rather than a return, handled by the same export team that quoted you.
