How fast can you ship?
Stated production lead time is 7-20 calendar days. Tell us the geometry and quantity and we confirm a date before you commit.
Do you provide customisation?
Yes. Custom work is the company's stated primary model, including special shapes and processed parts quoted from a drawing.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Deposit of 30%-40%, balance after the report is confirmed and before shipment; open-account terms are not accepted in the early stage. Sea or air freight is arranged to your delivery terms.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. The stated after-sales rule is re-dispatch rather than a return when a delivered batch does not satisfy, handled by the same export team that quoted you. No warranty period appears in the client material, so none is promised here.
